Just Flight announces Airbus Collection: Long Haul

Just Flight has announced that Airbus Collection: Long Haul will be available in March. Developed by Commercial Level Simulations, I reckon this one is set to be a real winner. CLS seem to magically blend ease of use with stunning visuals.

"Due for release in March is Airbus Collection: Long Haul, an all-new add-on for FSX and FS2004. This essential collection will be available both on DVD-ROM and as a Download.

Developed by the CLS team - the crew behind the very popular Airbus Collection (DVD-ROM and Download) - this new F-Lite package includes the A330-200 and -300 along with the wide-body A340-200 and -300, and features eight different flight models, 150 liveries and animations ranging from thrust reversers and control surface droop to air stairs and a pushback truck.

Cockpit features include custom Airbus gauges, easy-to-use Airbus style MCDU/Autopilot, realistic EICAM displays, limited function FMC which allows for SIDs and STARs in the MSFS database, EFIS displays, realistic PFD with limited Airbus Laws Logic and Alpha Protection. The overhead panel comes complete with switches for air-con packs, fuel pumps, engine fire and more. There is, of course, a full manual to help you get airborne!

The F-lite range of add-ons has been a great success, thanks to aircraft that are not only extremely high in detail and visually impressive but are also less demanding to fly than complex procedural simulators.
