Pirates not welcome here

If you’ve been following a particular post regarding Service Pack 1 here on FlightSimX, you may have noticed that one of the comments was from someone asking how he could get Service Pack 1 working on his illegally downloaded copy of Flight Simulator X.

Apart from the unbelievable stupidity of the post (and the person who posted it), it saddens me that people find it acceptable to openly discuss such things as if there’s absolutely nothing wrong with it.

I’ve passed the commenter’s details on to Microsoft for them to pursue as they see fit.

So, be warned. Anyone else who wants to discuss such things here will also have their details sent to Microsoft. I have left the post in question and the related comments in place as a reminder to everyone else that discussions of this type will not be tolerated on any part of this site.
