Team changes at Aces

Phil Taylor’s latest blog post details the loss of 4 team members from Aces Studio. I guess out of a team of 120 that doesn’t seem so bad, although from the way Phil words the post, it does seem as if they were key team members.

When you’ve got team members with 7 years experience of a very particular part of the application leaving, I’d certainly be at least a little concerned. Phil also teases us with “Next expect me to talk about Studio changes and the impact they are having on how we build product and how they impact me personally.”. I, for one, hope that Phil remains at the very least a significant part of the overall process. His insights and advice have proved invaluable to many, including myself.
