MD-80 training manual
AeroPress has released what I’m sure will be a welcome training manual for the MD-80. The manual is available in both print and PDF versions, in both English and Italian.
The guide has been designed exclusively by talented and visionary designer Massimo Solimbergo and comprehensively illustrated using enhanced screen shots and photographs from the MD80 cockpit.
The guide has been designed to be easily followed by anyone. Student or Advanced Pilot. A new flow system was designed especially for the manual called the ETS or Easy Tutorial System. The ETS System was principally designed using an enhancing process which increases the intake of information while minimising confusion. The result is a fast and easy learning process that really does work.

IVAO Virtual Sky - Issue 2 released
IVAO has released the second issue of their freely downloadable magazine - Virtual Sky. It’s an extremely well polished work and well worth a download. To be honest, I’m amazed it’s free. I’ve seen a lot of commercial work at a lot lower quality than this!
We are happy to present before you the second issue of IVAO Virtual Sky Magazine.
A little bit of statistics, before we start !. Our first issue had a little over 25,000 downloads for which we owe our sincere thanks to all our avid readers. We have received several e-mails and forum posts congratulating us on the outstanding issue. We are glad that you all liked it and found it informative.
It is our constant endeavor to improve the contents of the magazine. We have now included an improved section on training and we hope you will all find it useful. Also, in this issue we have an exclusive article from the famous author Captain Mike Ray.
Very soon on a trial basis we will be launching of the second issue of this magazine in three more languages viz., French, German and Spanish. Our idea is to reach out to as many interested members of our flight simulation community, without language posing any barriers.
