Win one of three copies of FlightCrewX

by mark.avey on December 18, 2007

Yes, it’s competition time again :)

The very kind folks over at G2 Games have donated 3 copies of FlightCrewX Gold Edition, due to be released on the 29th February, 2008.

FlightCrewX Gold Edition consists of the following versions of FS2Crew in one mega package:

  • PMDG 737
  • Default 737
  • Default 172 Edition
  • Default 747 Edition
  • Wilco Feelthere A320
  • Level D 767 Edition
  • PMDG 747
  • Flight1 ATR

So, how do you win one these great compilations? Head over to the Competition post on the FlightSimX Forum. If you haven’t already signed up as a member of the forum, do so. Be sure to provide a real email address, as I’ll need it to contact you if you win. Once you’ve signed up, add a reply to the Competition post with a little info about your flight sim gear. This will serve as a nice little intro for everyone. You need to supply the following info:

  • Your primary simulator (Flight Simulator X, X-Plane etc)
  • Your primary system specifications (processor speed etc - as much or as little as you like)
  • How long you’ve been simming

That’s it! One entry only per person, please.  Multiple entries from the same people will be excluded (I have ways of checking!). The competition closes on the 29th February, 2008. I shall then contact the winners via email and then notify G2 Games of the winners so they can ship the prizes.

Any forum member can enter the competition, including those who signed up before today. If you have previously signed up, be sure to post your mini-survey results so I can include you in the draw.

Good luck :)

This revolutionary piece of software will allow you access to almost every area of the virtual flightdeck using your computer’s microphone. A virtual copilot that listens to your natural speech, and carries out the action that you specify.

The copilot will also respond verbally to you, to confirm the action that you just presented to him/her.

Featuring:

  • Easy to use software interface
  • Command customization
  • Copilot read back customization
  • Multiple phrases for any command
  • Multiple randomly selected read backs for any command
  • Interface testing of new commands or read backs
  • Script printing
  • Hundreds of voice commands for FSX
  • Selectable microphone switch for use in FSX
  • Modify or create voice checklists for any aircraft
  • Pre-built voice checklists for all default FSX aircraft
  • Ability to share checklists for any aircraft
