FS2Crew has announced a competition in which you can win a copy of their FS2Crew: PMDG 747 FSX product by answering 5 fairly simple questions (they even give you a hint ). The competition closes on the 16th November, 2007, which is also when the PMDG 747 version is released.

The BAA Southampton web site is running a competition where the prize is a flight to Leeds Bradford airport from Southampton, followed by a “flight” at the controls of their Jetstream 41 simulator:

This magnificent prize will see the winner and guest flown in comfort and style from Southampton Airport to Leeds Bradford on Eastern Airways’ scheduled service. Awaiting transport will then whisk them to the airline’s headquarters at Humberside Airport, where they will take the controls of a flight on the $12 million Jetstream 41 aircraft simulator with a specialist training pilot.

This is a great chance to play with the big toys like the professionals do

Flight Simulator videos are certainly the hot topic in the Flight Sim world this week. SimTube now joins the announcements list with details of their first Flight Simulator video competition, details of which can be found over on their forum.

This looks like it’s going to be a monthly competition. This months theme is “Prop aircraft” and the prize is a very tasty TrackIR 4, which I reviewed here.
