Flyware Simulation releases FsXPand

It’s sure been a good week for cockpit builders. There have been a number of new hardware platforms recently release and now Flyware Simulation has released FsXPand, which looks like another useful addition:

FsXPand is a solution for cockpit building. With FsXPand, all you need to build a cockpit is one or more PC’s, and FSX, FS2004, FS2002, FS2000 or FS98.
What can it do for the cockpitbuilder?

• FsXPand/FsClient will give you a realistically looking instrument panel, General Aviation, classic, or EICAS, with each gauge can be picked and scaled at will, while you can adapt the scale values of each instrument to fit the aircraft type you want to simulate.
• FsXPand/FsClient allows the linkage of cockpit controls for a 4 engine airliner, using no more than USB - or standard game ports.
• FsXPand/FsClient shows its panels on networked computers, that needn’t run FS at all.
• FsXPand/FsClient uses no programming language. You don’t need to be an electronics engineer either.

FsXPand creates the panels for you, by displaying custom (non-FS!) panel gauges on each PC, selected by you with a click of the mouse. You do not need state-of-the-art client PC’s or need to run multiple copies of FS. Get the old P300 from the attic** and run our panels on it. Drag your panel to extend it over extra monitors.
