A400M Airlifter now available for FSX
I’m sure this will be another popular release for Flight Simulator X. Just Flight have released an FSX compatible version of the A400M, which is a free update to anyone who has purchased the FS2004 version.
The A400M Airlifter is the future of aerial heavy lift operations in Europe. Developed by European Aerospace companies headed up by Airbus Military, the A400M has been designed to meet new airlift requirements that are more geared towards logistical, peace-keeping and humanitarian relief.
This highly detailed replica of the Airbus A400M release features 12 detailed liveries, a highly detailed 2D instrument panel, pop-up instrument panels, an interactive and fully clickable 3D Virtual Cockpit, a detailed printed Pilot’s Guide, outstandingly detailed 3D Cabin. Frame rate performance has been optimised with the inclusion of different aircraft variants (with/without interior, cockpit and virtual cabin) to allow for different computer performance levels.
This new version of the A400M Airlifter is fully compatible with FSX (and SP2/Acceleration). Users of the earlier FS2004-only version can download a free FSX update (99Mb) here.
