AlphaSim Arrow released
I really don’t know where they find the time, but AlphaSim have released yet another aircraft for FSX and FS9/2004 - the Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow Mk.2. This plane looks a real beauty:

New addition to the Other AF section - the Avro Canada CF-105 Arrow Mk.2! The mighty Arrow takes to the virtual skies once again - this recreation of the ill-fated interceptor represents the Mark 2 version which was on the assembly line when the project was cancelled in 1959 and features many of the improvements and modifications made to the real Arrow, such as improved performance and a working bomb bay with swing-out AA missiles. The flight dynamics for the big delta have been carefully researched and tested and provide a very realistic flying experience. Both FS9 and FSX versions are included, as are two texture schemes. Other animations include the crew hatches, spoilers and afterburner petals. A suitably thunderous soundset is included. The now usual (but no less stunning) package of special effects of AB glow/flames, smoke, vortices and vapour flashover all help bring to life the visual splendour of a potentially magnificent aircraft. For
FS2004/FSX only. Filesize 36MB. Price approx. $26.25USD, £13.25, 19.50EURScreenshots: one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, panel 1, panel 2, cockpit 1, cockpit 2.
