Version 4.09 of the indispensible utility FSUIPC from Peter Downson has been released and is ready for download for Flight Simulator X. Peter has also updated the FS2004 version to 3.74. You can download both versions from Schiratti.
For those that don’t know, FSUIPC gives users access to a number of “under the hood” paramaters for the simulators. A lot of 3rd party add-on developers utilise it in their products, so there’s a good chance you already have it installed. If registered, it allows you to alter a number of parameters to improve your sim experience. I use it to limit visibility (without having to manually alter it evey time in the weather section), which provides a much more realistic haze when flying.
