Sim Cockpit Systems SCS-T4

Sim Cockpit Systems has released their SCS-T4. This hardware platform allows you to build your own home cockpit with relative ease.

The SCS-T4 allows a yoke and side stick configuration found in a variety of aircraft.


Detailed Description

The Sim Cockpit System SCS-T4 allows various control configurations found in light, military and transport category aircraft.

The System is designed for a standard chair height of about 17″. The device is compatible with the CH Products aviation controllers, the Saitek X45, X52 and the Thrustmaster HOTAS.

The following set-ups are possible. The typical aircraft control arrangement using a yoke, rudder pedals and throttle quadrant. The left hand usable CH Flight Stick Pro, rudder pedals and a throttle quadrant for the fly-by-wire Airbus family of aircraft.

In this configuration, the center platform is used as a chart table. The joystick can also be mounted on the right platform and the throttle on the left side. The platforms accommodate a mouse or trackball, a keyboard and one or two LCD monitors.

For controllers which are not clamped, VELCRO straps are provided. The metal parts have a durable powder coating finish and the platforms have a melamine surface.

Overall dimensions: Width 40.25″, height 25.25″, depth 26.5″.

Assembly is required. Controllers and monitors are not included.
