AlphaSim patches F-104 Starfighter

The AlphaSim updates continue with a patch for their F-104 Starfighter:

FSX Acceleration update for the F-104 Starfighter available now ! This small patch fixes the bug in FSX which caused the afterburners to stay on when the FSX Acceleration Pack was used.
