Vista patch for Out Of Memory errors

Phil Taylor has kindly posted details on the forum about a Windows Vista patch which aims to solve the problems of Out Of Memory errors when running games in that operating system. As Phil mentions, go get this patch NOW if you’re running Vista!

There’s a detailed description of the problem on the Microsoft Support site (Virtual address space usage in Windows game development), where you can also download the patch for 32- and 64-bit versions of Vista.
