How am I doing?
One of the quandaries for a blogger is how many times to post each day. Too few times and readers might lose interest, too many and readers might get overloaded. It’s a difficult balance and it’s all too easy to swing one way or the other. Another danger of posting too often is that new stories can find their way towards the bottom of the page quickly.
Obviously, it tends to depend on how much news there is for a given day, but it’s not unusual for me to post 5 or more times a day. I’m more than happy to do so, but I don’t want to “bombard” readers.
So, how am I doing here on FlightSimX? I’ve created a new poll which you can see on the left sidebar. I’d be grateful to get your feedback.

It was a though decision between “3-4″ and “5 or more”. I like FlightSimX very much and enjoy your posts regularly. I opted 3-4 posts per day because I prefer quality over quantity. It suffices to say that I rather visit FlightSimX daily than avsim.com or flightsim.com (those I check every once in a while). So keep up the good job and congratulations on a very enjoyable and well managed blog.
Hi Antonio. Thanks for the vote and the feedback. Yes, you’re right, quality is certainly more important to me than mere quantity. It’s early days with the voting, but if it does transpire that most readers would prefer less posts, there are certainly some options for me. I could perhaps release what is effectively a daily summary with “Today’s news”, “Today’s new releases” etc. Just a thought at the moment.
