The I Am An Air Traffic Controller series has been very successful in Japan for many years. aerostudios has teamed with Technobrain to bring this English version of series 3 to the rest of the world. This is one of the finest air traffic simulations on the market today.
Technobrain has created one of the most unique interfaces for air traffic simulation. This system allows the user to simply click on a flight strip and have it flip to the backside where a host of options are presented as command buttons. Once the user decides what type of control action is needed, he/she simply clicks on the corresponding button to issue the instruction. The pilot will respond accordingly. Not clumsy typing of text-based commands. Once the traffic levels increase, time is of great importance in successfully completing the scenarios.

This is a terrific idea. Live ATC Chatter is an add-on from Cielosim for Flight Simulator X and Flight Simulator 2004 that streams live, real-time ATC from selected airports when you are in the vicinity. I can imagine this will add a tremendous feeling of realism to flights.
Live ATCChatter is program for Flight Simulator that allows you to listen to live real-time Air Traffic Control streams within the simulator. It connects via the internet to the ATC streams and then projects the audio in Flight Simulator. Although Live ATC does not come with any ATC streams, you can download them freely at www.liveatc.net. Live ATC enhances your Flight Simulator environment by adding real-time live ATC audio for the selected airports you fly at. If you don’t always have an active internet connection or you don’t want to connect to a stream while flying, Live ATC also offers the option to play either Mp3 or Wave sound chatter files. So whether you be online or offline you will be able to listen to Real ATC chatter in Flight Simulator.
